December saw Vlad continue his outstanding year with a run at The North Face Hong Kong 50k race, one of the biggest races in Hong Kong. For Vlad it came after a number of other races.

Taipei triumph for Ixel

November saw Vlad compete in the MSIG Action Asia Taiwan 50k trail race. The race took place just outside Taipei city.

World title for James Southwood!

James has been an internationally recognised force in the world of Savate, the French martial art for a decade.  Known as an a leading teacher and practitioner of the sport in England, this year he entered the World Championships in Rome hoping to add to his two bronzes and one silver achieved before.

Two more wins for Ixel

Vlad usually runs 50km-100km races, but recently tried a 25k race – the Rally TT 25km Trail Race. Still recovering from his recent 100km, he still managed first place. He followed this up with an entry in the MSIG 25km trail race, where he finished second to the Swedish 100km champion. He then tried his first ever 10k road race and won in 32 mins 31 seconds.

Seven marathons ends with a win!

Fiona Oakes completed a self-appointed challenge on November 1st (World Vegan Day) that added to her amazing list of achievements.
