Catra wins at Razorback
Ultra distance runner Catra Corbett has completed the gruelling Razorback 72 hour race and finished as the first woman.
The California course followed a 2 mile loop on asphalt and a dirt trail. Catra completed 172 miles to finish as first female. She was joined by her running partner (dog) Truman who completed 32 miles with her.
The win in the women's race was by a long margin, with the second woman completing 100 miles. She was beaten by two men who ran 206 and 204 miles.
As always the 50 year old, who has run over 100 hundred milers, seemed to enjoy it enormously and told us ‘we had a blast’.
