Physique Win takes vegan to Olympia
The long-term vegan takes the Pro category win in a competitive field.
Torre Washington has passed age 50 and proved he still has the breathtaking physique that wins titles.
Competing in the IFBB Las Vegas Pro competition he faced eight Pro rivals in the Men’s Physique 40+ category, securing the top place. Fitness Volt described the performance as “impeccable” and noted his “classic structure” and that his “balance and conditioning gave him the edge”. He would have been ten years older than some of the pro competitors.
The win qualifies Torre for Olympia.
It also enabled Torre to reflect on the recent death of his mother, who had given so much to Torre and helped him develop into the force he is now.
He’s also marking 28 years vegan, and was the only known vegan on the stage.
