The IBF Internationals Crusierweight champion is now a vegan after Cheavon Clarke takes a great win.
Three years ago he was a successful amateur with Olympic performances behind him. In a short professional career he’s now International Champion, just two years from his first pro fight.
Cheavon’s seventh professional fight continued his 100% record. He faced Vasil Ducar for the vacant title after winning an elimination fight earlier this year. Ducar is known as a durable fighter and took Cheavon the distance.
Cheavon was composed and fought wisely to win convincingly 99-91, 99-91, 98-92
Vegan Power
Cheavon has been vegan since 2018. “One day I was eating meat, and the next day I said I’m done with meat, dairy, and all of that. And then just went on a journey from there,” he said.
He reports his digestion being quicker and resting for less before he returns to training.
