Elite vegan athletes ready to train you through the lockdown
Gyms are closed, classes are cancelled and millions of us can’t train or compete as we used to. Luckily some elite vegan athletes are available to assist with some training videos we can follow in our own homes.
Andreas is a track athlete who competes at European and World level when he’s not adding to his numerous Austrian titles.

Vlad Ixel normally covers much greater distances, and has course wins and course records across Australia and Asia in ultramarathon trail races.
If you’re looking to build strength, you may like to try this video by Sahy Lalime of Kale & Barbell training. Sahy recently successfully defended her National powerlifting title and was looking forward to the World Championships, which are now not going ahead.
