Science-Backed Vegan Lifter Stacks massive total
The Polish Powerhouse continued his amazing performances at the World Power Festival.

Long term, Dawid is focussed on an incredible 10 x bodyweight total. This performance saw him register another fantastic set of lifts.
Competing at 75 kg, he squatted 255 kg and benched 172.5 kg. Finishing with a deadlift of 275 kg he recorded a total of 702.5 kg.
Above all, he enjoyed the competition as he won his category and finished third overall.
Vegan Power
Dawid transitioned to a vegan diet in April 2014 and noticed benefits, especially mentally.
He eats lots of apples, bananas, rice, red lentils and quinoa. A favourite is rice and red lentils with vegetables “and some sort of good sauce”.
A few people were confused as they believed meat was needed to get strong, while Dawid was the strongest in the gym. He’s noticed that more knowledgeable people accept veganism.
“Good coaches who are more driven by science than strange beliefs know that people can get every substance and nutrient from plants.”
