The book covers the amazing two year transformation and the first steps which included a complete transformation of his diet to a vegan one. Early sales have been excellent and on June 1 it ranked second in the bestseller list.

Scott Jurek features in TV advert

Vegan ultramarathoner is currently featuring in a TV advert for an alternative energy car. The advert quotes Scott’s American 24 hour distance record of 266 km. Scott was selected due to his status as one of the athletes producing world recognised amazing physical feats.

James Wilks is a MMA fighter who is best known to many as winner of the Ultimate Fighter. Trained in traditional striking martial arts, James holds a Black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a Brown belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu.

Meagan wins Gold in Canada!

Meagan Duhamel took part in the Canadian nationals this January, winning Gold after a successful routine with her partner Eric Radford. Although this is only their second season together they scored 129.19, which places them among the top teams internationally.
