Ariel Rosenfeld, vegan ultradistance runner

Ariel Rosenfeld has been recognised for several years as a leading ultramarathon runner in Israel.  He has also gained respect internationally and taken on extremely tough events outside his home country.

Melody Schoenfeld, vegan powerlifter

Success in powerlifting has given Melody Schoenfeld’s records at State and National level, and the petite American has shown enormous strength in kettlebell, old time strongman challenges such as bar bending.

Neil is a former World Champion player who has topped the international snooker rankings.  He is also one of the best known and highest achieving players in snooker.

Michaela Copenhaver, vegan rower

Michaela Copenhaver is an American rower competing in the Lightweight division.

She started rowing in 2003 and continued at University where she competed at two National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) championships and one Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) championship.
