
Triathlete and endurance runner, Canadian triathlete Brendan Brazier has won triathlons at Olympic distance, Half Ironman and full Ironman, which is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and marathon (26.2 mile) run. He has set the Bigfoot Half Ironman course record twice and was twice Canadian 50k champion, in 2003 and 2006.
Brendan was involved in a serious road accident in 2003, and used his rehabilitation time to write a book about vegan nutrition for sport. He has since written sequels, and released commercial replicas of his energy drink and energy bar he developed for racing. Brendan has competed at the highest level winning numerous triathlons and long distance races.
