Seba Johnson is a Slalom skier who has represented her country at the Winter Olympics. She has been vegan since birth and has been groundbreaking in her sport as one of the youngest ever to compete in her sport at the highest levels. She competed in her first Winter Olympics aged just 14 and again when she was 18. She has also dealt with racial harassment at dangerous levels and gone on to educate people about issues including animal welfare and health.
Multiple world records and Gold medals mean that Heather Mills is one of the leading winter sports competitors in the world. She won four Golds at the 2012 US Adaptive Alpine Skiing National Championships and in 2015 she broke five world records in three months.
