He writes for Men's Health magazine regularly, and his book 'Men's Health Power Training' was released in 2007 and became a bestseller. He has since had 'Men's Health Cardio Strength Training' published.

Pro Football Weekly named Fiammetta the first-team All-American fullback, 2008. He was also invited to and participated in the 2009 Senior Bowl, and has been a key member of the team and their running style.
